A Message from Pat
The planting activity on Saturday went very well. Special thanks to the following for showing up to help: Sylvia Kochler, Keith Kochler, Becky Stackert, Julia Rouse, Bailey Kate Rouse, Gary Dodgion, Janice Dodgion, Hazel Wells, Preston Wells, Chris Murray, Marcia Murray, Mollie Fincher, Mike Rohlfing, Robin Johnson, Gray VanderVelde, Dorothy Turk, Richard Turk, Kerry and Catherine Rauers Sue Williamson, and Scott Williamson. In addition, Jim Dautel, Darryl Rouse, and Jim Hobin all helped with the preparation of the sites prior to planting. We now have daffodils and wild flowers planted at our entrance, on Trimont Mt. Trail near the final curve in the road, by the Lake, at the bottom of BrookLynn Trail, across from the Gazebo near the top of Trimont Mt. Rd., and at the Water Tower where BrookLynn Trail and Woodland Heights intersect. In addition, there are daffodils planted near the stone wall at the intersection of Trimont Mt. Rd. and Woodland Heights. Now all we have to do is to wait for Spring to come and the beginning of our flowering extravaganza-------we sincerely hope!!! And what a beginning for our new Garden Club!!!
