2025 Member Balances. The current list of 2025 member balances is available for viewing. There are in some instances two amounts shown for the resident account. One with just the account number is for the annual assessment and the one with the "W" in front of the Account number indicates the Water Bill, . Also, a - preceding the number indicates overage paid by member. | ||||||||
Animal Control. In addition to the Association By-Laws, there is a Macon County Animal Control Ordinance which also applies to residents and their animals residing in Trimont Mountain Estates. Animals identified as being a public nuisance meaning any animal off the owner s property which without provocation habitually or repeatedly chases, snaps at, attacks or otherwise behaves in an aggressive manner to pedestrians, bicyclists or vehicles or turns over garbage cans, damages gardens (vegetable or flower), damages plant beds, damages public or private property or damages livestock will be reported to the authorities. | ||||||||

Combining Lots. There is no longer a distinction between improved and unimproved lots. In order to comply with the new by-laws, joining of lot must be completed (declaration file and recorded in Macon County Courthouse) by August 31 of each year in order to reduce your assessments for the up coming year. Please contact TME President,, or Secretary, TME Homeowners Association, as soon as possible to get the paper work started. Vacant Lots. Vacant lot owners must contact the construction review committee and review the letter to un-improved lot owners and rules governing all construction prior to starting any construction/improvements on lots. |

911 ADDRESSES It is a misdemeanor if you do not have your house number posted by your driveway. You can obtain free house numbers from the 911 center (across from the City Hall). |
